The hotels are comfortable and some are better than the others , the lodges too .
Clothes
Peru Wild Birds Recommend:
- A small day pack to carry your sunglasses, sun hat, sun and insect lotion, camera, water bottle, a wind jacket and rain gear.
- Sweater and jacket for cool days or nights, gloves and winter hat recommended.
- Different type of clothing for high Andes and tropical cloud forest and rainforest.
- Trekking shoes (please break them in well ahead of time).
- One pair of sneakers to hang out around lodges and a pair of flip flops or sandals
- Original passport.
- Flashlights and batteries one per person recommendable.
- Personal toiletries and medications.
- For the canopy tower if you have mosquito net for the head to about bees or mosquitoes will be great.
- A pair of binoculars
- A spare battery and battery charger, electricity is available by generator at the cloud forest or rainforest lodges.

- Keep hydrated: Drink plenty of water that also helps to acclimatize to the altitude
Conditions & Responsibility
their employees act only as agents for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by car, boat, or airplane and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused either by reasons of defect in the vehicle or for any reasons engaged in conveying the client or carrying out the arrangements of the tour. They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine, or other causes. All such expenses will have to be borne by the passenger.
To make any change in the itinerary when deemed necessary or caused by changes in air schedules.
Policies of Booking ,cancellation and penalties
All prices are quoted in US dollars and all payments must be paid in US dollars. As soon as you are agree with the tour you need to make a deposit of $ 1000 or the 25 % of total price for the tour.
Final payment of the trip fee is due 100 days priors to departure and must be paid by bank transfer. Trip deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
We must receive written notice of your cancellation, at which time cancellation fees in the following amounts apply:
There will be no refund for portions of tour or packages not used due to passenger’s decision.
In the case of cancellation of services with 30 days, less time of anticipation or the no show at the beginning of the contracted services, the signatory must pay the following cancellation fees.
- The entire cost of the services that had been arranged (Airline Tickets, Bus Tickets, Train Tickets, hotels, entrance fee, etc.) and other types of pre-arranged services and the entrance fee cannot be transferred to another traveller. This is prohibited by law.
- PWB is responsible for proving all the services, tour packages and accommodations.
- PWB reserves the right to alter the program as in case of strike.
- It is important to mention that PWB work by and for the client and it will look for the best for its clients not only when they book or travel also when for reasonable situation they have to cancel.
- Last minute bookings will be accepted but you must be alerted that there is the possibility that we will not get space at the hotel or tour that you need.
- PWB will make the corresponding separation of all costs.
Refunds will be provided to the services within 30 days of the client submitting a letter or email.
