DAY 1

Arrive to Lima airport, transfer airport to the Hotel in Miraflores

A day to rest according the time you arrive at Lima airport.

DAY 2

Lima city tour (Main Plaza, Catedral, Church of San Francisco Catacombs and the Gold Museum.

In the morning time to rest so you can have time to explore Miraflores area so in the afternoon it should be on the tour.

DAY 3

Transfer to Callao port for the Palomino Island tour

This is a morning tour around the Palomino Island for 2,30 hours with a group so we can see the Humboldt Pingui, Peruvian Booby, Red-legged Cormorant and the See Lions, this is part of the wildlife along the Coast so we have the chance to swing with the See Lion.

In the afternoon flight to Cusco city then we transfer you to the Urubamba town a lower elevation than Cusco city.

In Cusco we drive to the Sacred Valley over the mountains, we stop for landscape views.

Explore the Sacred Valley, Pisac Inca site, Maras (Salt Mines), Moray agricultural Inca site.

Day 5

Visit the Ollantaytambo Inca site then on the way we will visit the Ensifera camp a Hummingbird feeder at the Sacred Valley. Pass(3318mts/18380ft) and Birding around this area.

DAY 6

Ollantaytambo to Machupicchu town (Aguas Calientes)

We take the train to Machupicchu in the morning (1:30 hours) then we get to the hotel so lunch in town Aguas Calientes, so after we will be on the bus at the Inca ruins.

In the afternoon we have the guided tour at Machupicchu Inca citadel

DAY 7

Machupicchu Inca citadel second visit day in the morning or explore the Mariposario down at aguas calientes.

This is the morning activity so we come back for lunch after spending time and exploring the gardens and hummingbird at the Butterfly house.

Machupicchu or Aguas Calientes town so in the midafternoon we leave by train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytmbo town.

In mid afternnon

Ollantaytambo town to Cusco city

We drive from Ollantaytambo to Cusco on the way we will visit the local Community of Chinchero to get to know the Weaving and textiles producing and visit the Piuray lake for Andean birds

DAY 8

Explore the town so City tour and the nearby inca ruins like Sacsayhuman, Qenqo, Pucapucara, Tambomachay.

In the afternoon we can explore San Blas, main market of San Pedro (local product) and enjoy the meals at the restaurant

DAY 9

Flight Cusco to Puerto Maldonado town

We will arrive around time for Lunch to the city of Puerto Maldonado so in the afternoon we will visit the old Oxbow Lake Yacumama near the town by car.

In the lake we take a small canoe so we have the chances to find many species of Birds like Red-belied Macaws and herons and the Black Caimans. This

Overnight at Cabaña Quinta hotel Puerto Maldonado

DAY 10

Early in the morning we will take a boat to the Cachuela Clay Lick (many parrot species gather together and small Macaws every morning) after we will return to the hotel for breakfast

Then we drive to La Filadelfia river port to Tambopata Inn Lodge for the Macaw Clay Lick.

In the afternoon we will explore trails and night time activities.

Macaw Clay lick visit then we explore the trails and canopy tower

DAY 12

Tambopata Inn Lodge to Sandoval Lake Lodge

We leave the lodge after a second time visit of the Chuncho Clay Lick to La Florida by boat / car.

So, we continue we will be at Puerto Maldonado town and Tambopata river in our journey Sandoval lake.

This afternoon we will take a boat around the Lake

DAY 13

Sandoval Lake explore

This morning to explore the lake by paddle a boat then the trails around the Terra Firme forest and viewing points over the Oxbow Lake so we have the chance to find 6 species of Monkeys and the family of Giant River Otters and many more species of birds around the trails/ Lake.

Sandoval Lake Lodge to Puerto Maldonado city then Flight to Lima

Early in the morning we cross the lake and hike to the main river Madre de Dios in our way to Puerto Maldonado city

We arrange to the pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel in Lima.
