Photo Birding Tour Coast-Northern – South of Perú 16 Days/15 Nights

16 Days/15 Nights

Overview

The perfect photography tour in Peru begins along the Pacific coast, where some of the country’s most iconic and accessible seabirds can be photographed at close range. From there, we fly to Northern Peru, exploring a variety of habitats ranging from Amazonian foothills to cloud forests, home to an impressive diversity of hummingbirds and endemic species, including the spectacular Marvelous Spatuletail.

The journey then continues to the Andes of southern Peru, where we visit the Sacred Valley and photograph some of the region’s most characteristic highland birds, including the endemic Bearded Mountaineer and the Giant Hummingbird. Finally, we conclude the tour at the legendary Machu Picchu, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, combining world-class bird photography with one of the most remarkable cultural and archaeological sites on Earth.

This tour offers an outstanding combination of coastal birds, colorful tanagers, cloud forest specialties, endemic hummingbirds, breathtaking Andean landscapes, and the unforgettable experience of Machu Picchu.
